We strive to embody that love in all that we do, whether it is through our worship services, our outreach programs, or our interactions with one another. Join Our Bible Study Group
Our Bible study group is a great way to deepen your understanding of scripture and connect with others in our community. We meet every Wednesday at 7pm and welcome anyone who is interested in learning and growing in their faith.
Leadership
Pastor Brad & Jamie Wesley
Brad and Jamie Wesley were married in May of 2001. Brad Studied Political Science and Pre-Law at Elon University and Theology at Liberty University. F.I.T Church began as an accidental church plant in 2012. Brad and Jamie's small group grew into a healthy and vibrant church congregation. Today, F.I.T. Church is a multi-cultural, multi-generational church.
Student Leaders
Cody and Lauren Martin serve as our Student ministry leaders. They live and work in Person County and have the heart to reach middle and high school students. When they are not serving at F.I.T. Church, you can find them volunteering at one of our local outreach partners.

Pastor Brad Wesley has served as lead pastor and elder since 2012. When he's not studying for messages and leading the church, Brad loves doing Crossfit, reading novels, going on dates with his wife, Jamie, and spending time with his three dogs.

Our Mission
F.I.T. Church exists to lead people to become Faithful, Intentional, and Trusting followers of Jesus Christ.
OUR CORE VALUES
We love Jesus with all of our minds, body, and soul. We strive to become more like Jesus daily. We share the love of Jesus with people daily.
- We love Jesus with the whole of our lives. Our daily desire is to use every breath, every thought, and every action to bring glory to Jesus and enjoy our relationship with him.
- We want to be more like Jesus every day. We believe Jesus came to earth to sacrifice himself so that we could enjoy our restored relationship with God our Father. Becoming more like Jesus means enjoying life more and more as it was originally intended by God who created it.
- We want to share the good news of Jesus with as many people as possible. We believe God has placed us in a time such as this to lead people into a life changing relationship with their savior.
What To Expect
F.I.T. Church is made up of diverse people with amazing stories. We hope that you will feel at home and loved by our church family. There are some things about us that you need to know that we think you are going to love.
LIFE AT F.I.T. Church
- We love music that glorifies Jesus. It gets loud sometimes but that’s because we love to sing and proclaim the greatness of our Lord, Jesus Christ. You will hear some of today's contemporary songs mixed in with timeless classics led by our 12 member band.
- We don’t care much about what you wear as long as you wear something. You’ll see a wide variety of clothing styles and options from khakis and polos to jeans and t-shirts. We default to the wisdom of Scripture when God tells Samuel, “For the Lord sees not as man sees: man looks on the outward appearance, but the Lord looks on the heart.” (1 Samuel 16:7) We would rather have your heart make a statement about who you are than the clothes you wear.
- We love creating engaging experiences for kids! During all of our worship gatherings we have special classroom environment for all kids through third grade and under happening in our children's area of our building. Everyone starts in the worship center for a time of singing before being dismissed to their classrooms. We have amazing volunteers that are ready to teach the kids about the love of Christ.
- Our older children (fourth grade and up) join with the adults in the main gathering as we believe it is important for our older kids to see their parents worshiping Jesus through singing, hearing the preaching of the Word, and responding to the work of Jesus in their lives. We believe our aim as parents and as a church family is to lead our kids towards a vibrant relationship with Jesus and allowing our kids to see how we live out our own relationship with Jesus and each other is the best way for them to learn how to respond to Jesus themselves.
- We love to hang out with each other. We really do love each other and love meeting new people and helping them make new relationships with our church family. We typically show up early and stay late after our worship gatherings, chatting and hanging out with each other. These relationships typically flow into our Life Groups, which are groups of people who meet throughout the week to share life together.
- We would love to serve you. If you have questions while you are attending a worship gathering please let one of our Pastors, Elders, Deacons, or volunteers know. We would also love to connect you with other people through participation in a Life Group that fits your schedule. If there is anyway we can help assist you as you get to know who Jesus is and how he calls you to respond to him in relationship and your life purpose, please, let us know.
