We are thrilled that you are interested in Baptism. Baptism is an essential next step of obedience for every person who has accepted Jesus as their Savior.
What We Believe About Baptism
Baptism is a way of showing others that Jesus is your savior. It is a public declaration of your faith. Jesus, himself was baptized by his cousin, John The Baptist. If it was good for Jesus, it was good for us.
Full Submersion
We believe in full water submersion baptism. You may have been sprinkled as a child or even an adult, but now you want to experience Baptism in the same manner as Jesus. We would love to be a part of it.
How Do I Get Started?
You can let Pastor Brad or Jamie know during the next service or you can fill out the online registration form found below. Either way, Pastor Brad or someone from the leadership team would love to talk to you.
The Day of Your Baptism.
We ask everyone to write a one page testimony about how Jesus changed their life. Pastor Brad, or you, will read this testimonial to the congregation right before you are lowered into the water. Your testimony may be the very thing that leads someone else to ask Jesus to be their Savior.

Church Partnership
How Do I Join F.I.T. Community Church?
We consider you part of the family when you walk through our doors. We want you to consider this your church home. Since we no longer have have traditional membership, you won’t be able to “join” the church as a “member,” but we hope you become fully engaged in the life and mission of the church. There are four ways to reach full engagement: through serving on a ministry team, connecting in a group, financially supporting the church, and inviting people to church. Those who are fully engaged with us are considered our members.
Volunteer
Guest Services
Our guest services volunteers are responsible for making you feel at home. You act on the front lines whether you serve in the parking lot or the lobby. Do you have a heart for people? Can you make someone smile? Our new attendees may not remember anything Pastor B. says, but they will remember how you made them feel. If you love people, then we have a spot for you.
Nursery
We love our babies and toddlers. We are always looking for well-vetted volunteers to love them too. This is one of the essential Sunday morning ministries. Our nursery volunteers allow families in the sanctuary to relax and enjoy the worship experience. Families love to know their babies are safe and well cared for.
F.I.T. Kids
F.I.T. Kids on Sunday mornings consist of kindergarten through third grade. After the worship band leads the church through three or four songs, these kiddos are dismissed to their environment. Dedicated volunteers pour into these children every week. We are always looking for teams of two to partner together in teaching these young people about Jesus.
F.I.T. Kids on Wednesday nights consist of kindergarten through fifth grade. We need teams of two on Wednesdays.
